This training is for licensed attorneys interested in working as pro bono Guardians ad Litem for adults through CVLS. No prior experience is necessary.

Early Resolution Program Training
Trained volunteers will be matched with appropriate clients for legal advice, including information about alternatives to litigation such as rental assistance, mediation, and repayment plans. Volunteers will also be able to represent clients in Zoom mediation sessions, and if necessary, prepare settlement agreements or court documents.
