CVLS is hosting a two-part Adoption CLE series for its volunteers on March 11, 2026 and April 8, 2026 via Zoom. Join CVLS attorneys Phil Mohr and Rob Zielinski as they discuss important topics relevant to the practice of Adoption Law with the five Guardians ad Litem who handle adoption cases in Cook County: Cailee Alderman, Sheila Maloney, Michelle Hughes, Ashley Reed, and Rachael Toft.

Both seminars will take place remotely during the lunch hour from approximately 12:00pm to 1:00pm and are free to attend. CLE credit will be provided.

Tune to hear the answers to these questions and more during a panel conversation with the five GALs from adoption court. They will discuss common mistakes and the variety of issues that can pop up unexpectedly during an adoption.
