(Intermediate) CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY—Client is seeking assistance to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Her now ex-husband had used her car—with a loan attached—for Uber, racked up a ton of camera tickets, failed to maintain car insurance, and the car was then stolen, involved in an accident, recovered, and subsequently repossessed by the creditor with $16,460 still owed on the loan.
