PC seeks help with petitioning for complete allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time of six minor children. PC is the biological and legal father of four of the minors. PC is not the father of two of the minors. AP is the biological mother of all six minors. DCFS placed all six children under PC’s care in the beginning of August 2022 after indicating AP for abuse and neglect. PC wants the complete allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time of all six children so he can start making educational and medical decisions without AP’s consent.
