(Simple) CUSTODY-PETITIONER. Spanish-speaking attorney preferred. PC has minimal English abilities. Please note that his is one of two custody cases for this client. Any interested volunteers, please consider taking both custody cases. PC would like to petition for complete allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time. PC is the mother of the child. Paternity has not been established. The father is not named on the child’s birth certificate. The father has not been involved in the child’s life at all. The father has never met the child and has not provided any support. The child has lived with PC since birth. PC wants to be able to get the child’s passport without the presence or consent of the father. PC is interested in requesting child support from the father.
