(Intermediate) EVICTION SEALING. Client was let go from his job at the beginning of July in 2014. Client approached Landlord explaining his situation and wanted an extension of 2 weeks to get rent money together, but the Landlord refused. By the time the Client started a new job 2 weeks later the eviction case had already started.
