(Intermediate) EVICTION SEALING. Client has two eviction cases on her record, one in 2007, another in 2013. During the 2007 eviction, the Client was trying to contact her landlord regarding the poor maintenance of the building and eventually left the lease under these circumstances, but always paid rent on time. The 2013 eviction was a result of the Client having surgery. She was off from work for about 3 to 4 months. She was also not earning anything at this time. Due to the surgery and no pay, Client could not make the monthly rent payments.
