We’re thrilled to celebrate the success of our intern, Jamere Webster, who recently earned 1st place at the 9th Annual Born to Win Conference Mock Trial! Representing the defendant, Jamere delivered a powerful cross-examination of the plaintiff, a pivotal moment that helped his team secure the win.
Jamere expressed heartfelt thanks to CVLS attorneys Jami Schlafer and Crystal Palmer for their mentorship.
“Jami’s guidance gave me clarity and confidence in the courtroom, and Crystal’s insight into seeing multiple sides of every story truly shaped my approach to this case,” Jamere shared.
Following the mock trial, Jamere attended a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion event at the Hyatt Regency, hosted by Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. This inspiring event offered Jamere the chance to connect with legal professionals and learn more about advancing equity in the legal field.
