CARES Act Mortgage Forbearance
(pause your mortgage payments for at least six months, up to one year. Missed payments are deferred to end of the loan or recapitalized through modification.)

To be eligible for EMA grant:

Your household income before March 1, 2020 was within the allowable limits.

You, or an adult member of your household, suffered a loss of income due to COVID-19.

You missed a mortgage payment on or after March 1, 2020.
